Use Step:

Step 1:pouring the 800ml Distilled water into the chamber.

Step 2:will need the sterilization instrument to put in the tray.

Step 3:Closed the door and insert the bolt

Step 4:Close the steamexhaust switch.

Step 5:Select the temperature you need to  (121℃or134℃)

Step 6:Turns on the POWER switch.(starts to work 

Disinfect Process

Heating

----First emissions steam

----Second emissions steam

-----The temperature rise arrives at the disinfection temperature

----Starts to disinfect

----The disinfection completes

----Buzzer sound

-----The buzzer stops the sound

-----Turns on the steam emissions switch

----Waited for that the Pressure gauge nulling operation

----Waits for 6~8 minutes

----Opens the door

----The disinfection completes

When the door cannot open.
1: don't hard revolving door cover handle.
(if the hard rotating handle, will cause machine damage.)
2: the solution:
find the machine safety valve in the rear of the TAB,
pull the TAB out about3 ~ 4 minutes after let go.
Can rotate handle turnstiles cover to move.

Caution:
1.After the completion of disinfection. Please to wait for 10 ninutes.
Belore open the DOOR(Do not close the power switch and close the steam
emissions switch).
2.Before each use. Must supply water 800ml. (Distilled water is the
bast)
3.Pleaso closo steam missions switch. Before In the disinfection.
4.Do not use any corrosive or chemical water as the disinfectlon.
5.Do not share the same electricoutlet with other electrical apparetus.
6.Please pay attention to correct voltage and frequency.
7.Connect steam exhaust pipe with the steam vent, Before operation.

Trouble Shooting:
When disinfection work has not completed,the buzzer makes a sound and
the Error indicator twinkle.Please to check: Turns on the emissions steam
switch.machine steam and pressure emissions.(Do not off the power
switch,turns on the steam switch first)10 minutes later opens the machine
door.(Very important)
Condlton 1:Check the disinfection room to have the sufficient water
surce.Temperature protection switch work stop heating pipe work. (Wait for
15min later,lest the temperature protection switch restore normally.Joins
the water source, before each time uses the machineJoins 800ml.)(Doing
2-3 times ofandon the power switch movementafter. Turns on the powor
switch,machine to work)
Condltlon 2:Sudden power falure(Turn off and on the power swutch 2~3
tlmes.machine to normal work.
Condltlon 3: Can openthe door cover. 1-1 completion ofdisinfection.

CondHon 4: The fllowing code shows.E1 and E4 (high temperature.
Reason:CHAMBER inside water enough. Solution: open the door cover,
wait for 5 minutes. Add water. Repeat off and turn on the power switch 2.)E3
(reason: the machine is in operation, power failure or instabillty. Solution:
repetition and opens and closes thepower switch 2time.
